- Indicates trips that are designed for all levels of physical fitness.
- These trips are for people who live an active lifestyle and are involved in at least some physical activities.
- Participants interested in these trips should be physically fit and be prepared to push their physical limits and levels of endurance.
Technical Ratings:
- (*) Introductory trips: Welcome to all people looking for a great time and a desire to improve or expand on their skills before going on a more challenging outing.
- (**) Designed to apply and expand upon your current skills and prepare you for more technical outings.
