- These trips are for people who live an active lifestyle and are involved in at least some physical activities.

| Summer is here, and it's bound to be hot- cool off with a river adventure. The pre-trip meeting is really a Eskimo-roll training in the swimming pool and will focus on basic skills. The trip will start on a slower section of the river and the following day we will fuel your hunger for "whitewater". No experience necessary. Sign up by Wednesday, July 22nd. | ||

This trip will focus heavily on necessary glacier travel and rescue skills. Participants must be capable of hiking for several hours with a heavy backpack. Sign up by Wednesday, July 8th. | ||
